Since Sunday 7 June 2026, there has been an error with the application portal not allowing applicants to re-access their application forms after using the 'complete later' function within CiAnywhere.
When Applicants re-access their application using the link in their email to ‘resume application’, they are taken to the portal when an error message appears staying ‘token not found’. This is being investigated by our technical team.
Whilst the problem persists, applicants are advised to use an external source to compile their application responses and then copy and paste this into the application portal in one go. This will avoid having to use the 'complete later' function. The layout of the application form can be found on the information for applicants page.
We are working hard to resolve this issue as quickly as possible and will provide an update on this page when the portal is working as intended. If you have any queries regarding this, please email us.
