Free adult cycle training sessions across West Yorkshire

go:cycling is launching a series of free adult cycle training sessions for anyone aged 16 or over at venues across West Yorkshire this summer.

Professional, qualified and friendly cycle instructors will be on hand in relaxed, traffic-free environments to offer tips, guidance and help building confidence for people who want to get cycling. Participants can be total beginners whove never been on a bike, lapsed cyclists who are thinking about getting back in the saddle again or people who were inspired by the Tour De Yorkshire.

Training sessions across West Yorkshire.

Sessions take place between 10am and 12 noon on Saturdays throughout the summer. They start at the OSCA Foundation in Halifax, Keighley University Academy, Huddersfields Leeds Road Sports Complex and the Fearnville Leisure Centre in Leeds on Saturday 9 May and at Wakefields Thornes Park Leisure Centre on Saturday 16 May.

The go:cycling team also organises a range of events and rides where people can build up their miles and confidence with other riders.
