Leeds City Region welcomes the Creative Cities Convention
On Wednesday 25 and Thursday 26 April, Leeds City Region hosted the first ever Creative Cities Convention, and welcome this influential industry conference with a film which showcases the best of the media landscape to the UK's largest City Region outside of London.

The event's organisers have described the first Creative Cities Convention as a success, which saw�Hundreds of people coming to Leeds to hear from and question industry peers on a diverse range of topical issues.�
Speakers included Alex Mahon, CEO of Channel 4, ITV Chairman Sir Peter Bazalgette, Ben Frow, Director of Programmes at Channel 5 and BBC Look North presenter Amy Garcia. Kersten England, Chief Executive Bradford Council�and BBC Economics Editor Kamal Ahmed also spoke at the event.
