The redevelopment of the former Fire Station at the junction of Stuart Street and Newport Street in Pontefract Town Centre. Providing a 100% affordable rented, 3 storey housing scheme, comprising 37 affordable apartments including 26 car parking spaces and associated landscaping.

The redevelopment of 1.08 acre / 0.44ht of disused brownfield land. The scheme plans to comprehensively regenerate the brownfield site.
Scheme Objectives
- Execute and deliver 100% affordable housing scheme as set out in detailed planning
consent number 20/02818/FUL. - Construct 37 affordable rent apartments on a key gateway site with site access via
Newport Street. - Regenerate 1.08 acres of brownfield land in Pontefract Town Centre with a new
landmark building and contribute to the wider Pontefract Town Centre regeneration
local policy objective.
