Clifton Business Park (Calderdale)

Clifton Business Park is part of the Leeds City Region Enterprise Zones Programme. The site was awarded Enterprise Zone status in 2017 by DCLG.

Clifton Business Park is a 25.5 ha site with planning permission to deliver 52,954 sq m of B1/B2/B8 floor space.

Site Benefits:

  • Assisted Area Status
  • Occupier incentive – Business Rate relief

Clifton Business Park is a large greenfield site allocated for employment use within Calderdale Council's development plan. The site has connections to the Strategic Road Network and lies on the A644 Wakefield Road within 0.25 miles of Junction 25 of the M62 motorway. This gives the site an excellent strategic position, as it is centrally located on the East/West M62 motorway link across the country and able to utilise either of the North/South M1 and M6 motorway links.
