Gain Lane (Bradford)
This scheme is part of the Enterprise Zone programme and will be funded through the Local Growth Deal. The project is to provide infrastructure and services to the Gain Lane site between Bradford and Leeds.
Gain Lane is a 77.82 ha site with planning to deliver 29,404 sq m of B1/B2/B8 floor space, construction commenced on site in October 2019.

Located close to Morrison’s HQ, Gain Lane is a major employment site to the east of Bradford on the Leeds/Bradford administrative boundary. The site is within 1.5km of Pudsey railway station which provides links to Leeds and Bradford; approximately 4km from the M606 motorway which provides direct access to the M62 providing east / west connectivity; and within 11km of Leeds Bradford International Airport. Development to open up access to the has now started from October 2019 with an initial 6,689 sqm of floor space to be constructed in 2020.
