Parry Lane is a 4.1 ha site planned to deliver 11,965 sq m of B1/B2/B8 floor space.

Site Benefits:

Parry Lane offers the opportunity for the redevelopment of a brownfield site located in an established business area of Bradford. The site has good access to the main arterial routes leading to the M606 and M62 providing east / west connectivity. The site will be fully remediated by Summer 2022 .

Remediated mine-workings and extensive earthworks have created 3 developable platforms connected to the local highway by a new access road. The progress made in redeveloping this site, including over £100k investment in local Biodiversity, can be viewed in the video below.
