South Kirkby Business Park is already in development with five units already completed. Further land is available for construction of B1/B2/B8 floor space. A further phase of development is due to start on plot 3 in March 2020 to deliver 4 commercial units ranging from 10,000 sq ft to 20,000 sq ft. The first three of these units will be available for occupation in March 2021.

The site is located adjacent to the new A628 Hemsworth Bypass which links the A1 and West and North Yorkshire with the main industrial conurbations of South Yorkshire.
