Our Leeds City Region Growth Deal investment into South Bank Leeds is helping to accelerate the building of new homes in one of Leeds’ key transformation sites.
The Combined Authority has invested £575,000 of Growth Deal funding to support the creation of 160 new homes within South Bank Leeds and create almost 250 construction jobs.
The regeneration of South Bank Leeds is one of the largest city centre regeneration initiatives in Europe. It will eventually see the city centre double in size, creating 35,000 jobs and 8,000 homes while also making it HS2 ready.
