More than 400 homes are being created thanks to our Leeds City Region Growth Deal investment into the East Leeds Housing Growth programme.
Our funding, invested in partnership with the LEP, will enable a new access road to unlock and accelerate housing construction in key housing sites in Seacroft and Halton Moor. 212 homes have been built with a further 308 homes to follow.
