Network Navigation
A project to make it easier to plan and take bus journeys across Leeds by creating a user-friendly and accessible set of maps and new colour coded bus stop flags, shelters and other on-street infrastructure that link to bus lines across the city.
This project will provide an updated bus network plan in order to improve the legibility and accessibility of the network across Leeds. These improvements will be made through funding from the Leeds Public Transport Investment Programme.
The scheme will deliver a package of user friendly, highly visible materials to help customers identify and navigate the bus network in Leeds, improving transport accessibility and user experience by providing an accessible network map, linked to new colour coded bus stop flags and shelters.
The project is part of a series of transport improvements planned within the Connecting Leeds programme. Once the Leeds network is complete, the scheme will be rolled out across the rest of West Yorkshire, subject to further funding being secured.
