CityConnect Phase 3

The West Yorkshire Combined Authorities CityConnect programme works in partnership with a range of public, private and community organisations to encourage more people to take part in active travel – such as cycling or walking – by creating high quality cycling infrastructure alongside engagement initiatives such as cycle training, cycle challenges, business and school support and behaviour change campaigns.

Phase 3 of the West Yorkshire Combined Authorities CityConnect programme is currently made up of 8 schemes, with a mixture of on and off-highway schemes across West Yorkshire. These schemes will link in with previous CityConnect phases to further expand the cycling and walking network within West Yorkshire. For further information click here or visit
