During the two week bootcamp, you will cover:

Introduction to the FE sector
Pedagogy
Tailoring learning
Lesson preparation/delivery
Ofsted/Education Inspection Framework (EIF)
Safeguarding/Prevent
Embedding English and Maths
Inclusive Teaching and Learning (T&L) approaches
Maintaining a safe/supportive learning environment
Engaging/motivating learners
Constructive feedback
Practical assessment preparation
Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET) qualification
