Our small and friendly Contact-Centre provides a multi-channel information service to the public regarding bus and train times in West Yorkshire and processes customer feedback via the telephone, email and social media. We are looking for someone who understands the importance of providing excellent customer service.
If you are patient, flexible and helpful and communicates clearly and effectively both orally and in writing with a commitment to customer care, then we want to hear from you. Geographic knowledge of the region would be an advantage, but we will provide you with thorough training.
The successful candidate will work to a shift pattern covering all operational hours.
