Grade C SP 1-4 £16,207 - £18,766 (+Living Wage Supplement will be paid for salaries below £17,942 p.a) Hours – 19 Hours a week (Monday, Friday and Saturday) Based in Castleford Bus Station Closing Date – Wednesday 03 June 2020

We require a Customer Support Assistant to clean our busy bus station at Castleford, you may be asked to cover at Pontefract or other West Yorkshire bus stations from time to time.  The duties will include adhoc cleaning of toilet areas, sweeping and litter picking on the concourse area, glass cleaning and wiping up spillages and cleaning buses as they come in the bus station. The ability to achieve a high standard of cleaning and working with minimum supervision are essential requirements.  Previous cleaning experience is desirable although training will be given.

In addition to this you will be the first point of contact for our customers providing travel information and assisting the Bus Station Manager with health and safety within the bus station
