We are seeking to appoint a Customer Support Assistant in our Bradford Bus Station Team. You will be the first point of contact to our customers providing travel information and assisting the Bus Station Manager with Health and Safety within the Bus Station.

The Role

Reporting into The Bus Station Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assist & Support Customers when required.
  • Cleaning of toilet areas, sweeping & litter picking on the concourse area.
  • Glass cleaning & wiping up spillages and any other reasonable request.

About you

You will have the following key skills, attributes and experience but not be limited to:

  • Customer focused.
  • The ability to achieve a high standard of cleaning with minimal supervision.
  • Previous cleaning experience is desirable although training will be given.
