The Role

Reporting into the Head of Digital, the key responsibilities are but not limited to:

  • plan, develop, manage, deliver and evaluate high-impact and strategic social media campaigns across multi-channel communications
  • be responsible for all the content and online activity of the CA across the full digital landscape and assets, in conjunction with the Head of Digital
  • developing and agreeing briefs
  • advising senior managers, elected members and board members on how best to maximise strategic and tactical communications and public affairs opportunities
  • conducting user testing, journey mapping, personas
  • using online content management tools and monitoring customer feedback.

About you

You will have the following key skills, attributes and experience

  • experience in developing, delivering and evaluating high-impact and strategic social media campaigns
  • experience with preparing and launching social media ads
  • familiarity with the relevant tools
  • experience of developing structured and carefully targeted communications plans using multiple channels to support corporate goals
  • experience of building relationships with and influencing stakeholders at all levels
  • experience in designing a strategic approach to digital channel management
  • the ability to coach and support as well as lead from the front, working on multiple projects and with a range of stakeholders
  • ability and confidence to advise senior figures, work flexibly and collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary communications and marketing team and operate successfully in a partnership environment.

Experience of working with the screen production or creative industries would be beneficial to this post.
