The Business and Skills Team is looking to recruit a Project Manager to lead the delivery of our Business Growth plan. You will manage delivery of our small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) Growth Managers and business support offer and will engage with private sector businesses, internal and external strategic partners, intermediaries and agencies.
You will be responsible for maximising uptake of local, national and regional business, inward investment and digital growth programmes and you must have the ability to develop and influence, commission and deliver key business engagement and support initiatives which support delivery of our economic ambitions.
You will be an individual who has the knowledge, understanding and experience of working with businesses to support their growth, inward investment and relocation enquiries; delivering business support and/or growth programmes and will have excellent communication, leadership and management skills and the ability to work autonomously.
