West Yorkshire Combined Authority are seeking to appoint an ICT Infrastructure Engineer to join our ICT Services section.
It is an exciting time to be joining the Combined Authority, following the announcement that a £1.8bn devolution deal has been secured for West Yorkshire. This role will help bring about that change.
Reporting into the ICT Technical Services Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Design, build and support the Office 365 and Microsoft Azure platforms.
- Support internal networks, firewalls, and connectivity.
- Implement security and end point protection in line with NCSC guidelines.
- Be a senior escalation point for all Incidents and Problems via a structured ICT Service Desk function.

- Office 365, InTune and Azure platform management.
- LAN, WAN, WLAN and connectivity technologies preferably using Cisco and Meraki.
- Working as a senior engineer in a similar sized organisation with a proven track record of technical abilities.
