Grade L, Salary £40,113 - £46,446 (2020 pay award pending) Permanent – Full-time (37 hours per week) Leeds City Centre (currently working remotely)

The Role

The Combined Authority has an exciting opportunity for two Procurement and Contracts Managers.  These roles will lead the development and delivery of strategic and complex procurements and provide expert contract management advice on wide range of issues.  The post holder will provide expertise and leadership in a specific category or as contract management lead for the team.  The role will also act as a business partner to a defined stakeholder group.

Category expertise in any of the following areas would be advantageous for these roles; civil construction, facilities management, learning and development or significant contract management expertise.


The Person

You will have an excellent track record of successfully delivering strategic procurements and providing contract management oversight.  You will have extensive knowledge and experience of best practice procurement and contract management methodologies.  You must hold a relevant professional qualification and have strong practical knowledge of applicable legislation.
