The post holder will be the first point of contact for visitors to our Reception which will primarily be based at Wellington House. Cover may also be required at City Exchange. Both locations are in Leeds City Centre.

The role

We are seeking a customer oriented individual who demonstrates a highly professional attitude in dealing with senior status visitors (CEOs, MDs of both private and public sector organisations as well as high level senior government ministers and officials), both face to face and on the phone.

A comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and all its packages is essential, along with an excellent telephone manner.

Candidates are to be flexible as reception is worked on a rota basis.
