The Combined Authority brings together five districts plus York, the business community via Leeds City Region Enterprise Partnership and also takes in the former Passenger Transport Executive (branded Metro. Overall, the Combined Authority covers a population of around 2.5 million people and represents the largest economy outside London.
We are looking to appoint a Travel Centre Team Leader with a passion for making a difference.
Ensure the efficient operation of the Travel Centres through ensuring a high level of customer service to the travelling public in line with the CA’s Customer Care Policy.
Ensure that the Travel Centres sell and/or issue prepaid tickets, passes and permits and issue passenger Information in accordance with laid down procedures.
Educated to A level or have equivalent relevant education
Practical experience of successfully performing in a similar role.
