The process

1. Firstly, we’ll get to know your business

An adviser will get to know your business, the skills you need and the type of person you're looking for.

2. We’ll assess and find suitable graduates for you
Before you meet potential graduates, we'll get to know their skills and strengths through multiple rounds of in-person assessments to make sure they're the right fit for your business. We'll then select a group of candidates from a large talent pool for you to interview. This programme is delivered by graduate recruitment experts, Gradconsult and in partnership with the West Yorkshire universities.

3. We'll help you select the right candidate for your business
We'll provide you with interview guidance and toolkits to help you find the best candidate for your business. All roles offered need to be for at least six months and all employers must be willing and able to offer a salary of at least the current National Living Wage Foundation (£12.21 per/hour) which is approximately £24,000 FTE depending on working hours or the pro-rata equivalent for part time roles.

4. We’ll make sure they’re ready to work with the skills you need

We will support your graduate through a six-month development programme designed by experts to help them transition seamlessly into your business and make an impact from the start.

5. We’ll continue to support you and your graduate throughout We’ll meet with you and the graduate in the first six months to see if there’s anything else we can do to ensure their employment is a success. You’ll have access to a practical graduate development toolkit, plus a masterclass series to help further your graduate recruitment expertise. Graduates will be supported on the job using the student to professional development tool which is used by many large employers.
