  • Access to funding and training 

Financial support

Apply for funding of up to £10,000 to support with the recruitment and retention of employees with health challenges through inclusive workplace practices. 

This funding is there to help you enhance overall workforce stability, productivity and staff retention. 

Currently this funding is only available to businesses who are a member of the Fair Work Charter. However, if you are not a member, please still express your interest and we will let you know when it is available to all businesses.

Fully funded training

Access a series of fully-funded, non-accredited training courses designed specifically for small to medium sized businesses across West Yorkshire.  

Delivered both online and in-person, these sessions are practical, flexible and focused on real-world application. 

The training will equip you as business owners and managers with the tools to build inclusive workplaces, covering topics such as inclusive recruitment, managing health at work and supporting employees with long-term or fluctuating conditions.
