Making West Yorkshire net zero by 2038

As part of the West Yorkshire Climate and Environment Plan, the West Yorkshire Combined Authority has set a mission to make our region net zero by 2038.

This goal was developed with the Tyndall Centre for Climate Change Research. Achieving it would be a significant milestone for West Yorkshire and a big step in addressing the climate emergency.

Making your business more sustainable is vital for reaching our net zero goal. The more sustainable your business, the more hopeful we can be for the future of our climate - both locally and globally.
