Free travel across West Yorkshire

As an employee of the Combined Authority, enjoy free unlimited travel on buses and trains across West Yorkshire with an MCard covering all travel within zones 1-5. This could save you up to £1,800 on your travel costs. 

Generous employer contribution pension scheme

Join the Local Government Pension Scheme, one of the most generous schemes in the UK. In addition to your contribution into the scheme, employers contribute between 14% and 18%.

Ride to Work Scheme

Through the Ride to Work scheme, you can save up to 42% on a bike and equipment. Pay nothing up front and spread the cost of your new bike and kit in equal monthly instalments taken from your salary before tax and National Insurance contributions.
