Virtual Decisions – Delivery Partner 2026-27– EOI

In 2025-26, the Violence Reduction Partnership (VRP) piloted having a dedicated delivery partner for their Virtual Decisions intervention, who had access to a number of headsets and delivered sessions from June 2025 until March 2026. The pilot year evidenced that this dedicated approach is successful in reaching young people across West Yorkshire with the intervention being delivered in more varied settings, beyond schools. The VRP intend to replicate this approach for 2026-27.

The VRP are holding a grant round and asking those interested in this opportunity to consider submitting an Expression of Interest (EOI).

We strongly recommend you read the specification and supporting information documents before submitting the EOI.

Please send clarification questions to pccommissioning@westyorks-ca.gov.uk and title to email ‘Virtual Decisions – Delivery Partner questions’. Clarification questions can be submitted between 29th June and 17th July 2026. Any questions received after this date will not be responded to.

Please also contact pccommissioning@westyorks-ca.gov.uk if you require any of the documents related to this opportunity in a digitally accessible format.

Deadline: 12 noon, 31st July 2026.

Please note, submissions after this date will not be accepted.

West Yorkshire Social Skills Programme – EOI

The West Yorkshire Violence Reduction Partnership (VRP) are seeking to commission delivery partners to provide a new targeted Social Skills programme in West Yorkshire.

Social skills programmes (Social and Emotional Learning - Targeted as described by the Youth Endowment Fund) aim to develop positive behaviours, including children and young people’s ability to exercise self-control, to understand and respond appropriately to their emotions, and to understand things from other people’s perspectives. A key tenet of social skills programmes is the use of interactive activities, including role play, behavioural rehearsal, mindfulness and storytelling.

We are holding a grant round and asking those interested in this opportunity to consider submitting an Expression of Interest (EOI). If you are interested in applying, please email us to request a full application pack.

We strongly recommend you read the supporting information documents before submitting the EOI.

Deadline: 12 noon Friday 3rd July 2026.

Please note submissions after this will not be accepted.
