We currently have a vacancy for a Business Analyst to join our Change and Transformation Team.
This is a key specialist role, working at the heart of the organisation to help shape and deliver high-impact change, transformation and improvement activity. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation to understand business needs, analyse current and future ways of working, and translate insight into clear, evidence-based recommendations that support effective decision-making and sustainable change.
You will play a leading role in business analysis and process improvement, using data, analytical tools and structured methodologies to identify opportunities to streamline operations, improve services and deliver measurable benefits. The role offers the opportunity to operate as a trusted adviser, influencing change at scale and helping to embed modern, efficient and customer-focused ways of working across the Combined Authority.
