Role details

We currently have a vacancy for a Committee Services Officer to join our Committee and Governance Services team.

We are looking for a dedicated and pro-active individual to be a part of our small but close-knit team. In this role, you will play a key part in providing democratic and administrative support to the Combined Authority and its public-facing decision-making committees. This is a highly visible position, offering the opportunity to actively contribute to the critical decisions that shape the future of West Yorkshire and enhance the lives of its citizens. You will collaborate with a variety of internal departments, including directors, heads of service, and officers who prepare committee reports, alongside elected and independent members.
