We currently have a vacancy for an Internal Audit Manager to join our Internal Audit Team.

The team sits within our Corporate Centre and provides the assurance services to the Combined Authority by delivering a robust audit and investigation programme each year. The focus of the work includes strategic assurance across the breadth of activities of the Combined Authority and particularly supports the major programmes and projects including key deliverables around Mass Transit, Bus Franchising, Better Homes, Adult Education Budget to name a few.
The role of the Audit Manager is a new role that is designed to provide strategic support to the Head of Internal Audit as well as helping to deliver the 5-year IA strategy. The role will provide deputising opportunities as well as a significant chance to influence and support the positive development of the team.
