When I started my career at WYCA the team and organisation couldn’t be better.
They have been really welcoming and have always been ready to help whenever I have a question. Management are very approachable whenever you need advice or guidance on certain areas, there’s no sense of “I cant speak to this manager as they’re too busy or this is a stupid question” Everyone’s more than willing to put time aside for you and pushing for your success. Another massive benefit of working here is the flexible working and flexi-time which promotes a very healthy work-life balance. I find this personally also helps drastically with improved productivity.
The location couldn’t be better as you’re a two-minute walk from Leeds Train Station and are given a MetroCard which makes travelling within West Yorkshire free! A real benefit is no two days are the same here, so it definitely doesn’t get boring.
