The West Yorkshire UTMC programme aims to reduce the effects of congestion and the resulting costs to the local economy.
By upgrading signal equipment, introducing integrated digital systems, and launching a unified control centre, we're helping all five districts manage traffic more efficiently reducing congestion, supporting cleaner air and improving journey times for everyone.
