The purpose for collecting your personal data is to better understand current travel behaviours, identify any barriers to travel created by the weekday off‑peak restriction, and assess the impact of allowing free pre‑09:30 travel for Disabled ENCTS and Companion Pass holders. This work forms part of our ‘public task’, which means we are carrying out one of our official functions as a Combined Authority.

West Yorkshire Combined Authority does not intend to share personal data we collect for this survey with any other organisation. There are some rare circumstances where we would share data (e.g. if we received a court order) and these are covered in the main ENCTS travel pass privacy notice.
We will keep the personal data collected for this project until May 2027, at which time it will be securely destroyed.
