Course overview

The programme consists of 12 bespoke leadership modules, accredited by the Institute of Leadership & Management. Learners completing all modules and assignments will receive a nationally accredited qualification.

Day 6 – Operations Management
Day 7 – Project Management
Day 8 – Business Finance
Day 9 – Building Relationships

Day 11 – Problem Solving & Decision Making
Day 12 – Self Management & Self Awareness

What next?

On completion of the course, progression may be in existing roles or to upskills and gain employment.
