The Business Management Skills for Construction Bootcamp is devoted to advice, tips and training on the important practical issues any owner or manager has to deal with. Understand what it takes to run an efficient, healthy, effective business. During the online course you’ll be taught about planning projects, cost estimating, improving profit, cashflow analysis, Building Regulations, reading drawings, marketing, site supervision…

You’ll develop management skills and feel more confident about your role, understand the function of the site manager and receive SSSTS accreditation. You’ll also get to grips with key areas in the modern building company such as health and safety, circular economy and modern methods of construction. You’ll understand how to cost projects and develop a programme of works, and much more.
