Learners will build core competencies across four key areas, gaining the technical knowledge, safety awareness, and workplace behaviours needed to thrive as freelance crew or progress into further training.

This course provides a valuable stepping stone for anyone wanting to work in the exciting and dynamic world of live events and festivals. You will leave the course with an Event Safety Passport and will be equipped with the skills and confidence to begin your career as a valued crew member.
This course provides a direct pathway into entry-level event crewing roles in site management, stagehand work, event logistics, crowd control and technical assistance. With experience, learners can reliably progress into more specialised technical roles within the industry.
For those looking to advance further, you can pursue additional training to specialise in equipment or software, management or health & safety. Alongside networking this enhances opportunities for career progression in the dynamic events industry. You are also guided through your career progression for six months post-completion by a dedicated careers coach that specialise in the live events industry.
