We currently have a vacancy for a Customer Support Assistant to join our Leeds City Bus Station Team.

We are seeking a reliable and professional Customer Support Assistant to help ensure that West Yorkshire Combined Authority’s bus stations are kept clean, safe, and welcoming for customers and staff.

This role plays a vital part in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service across our bus station facilities, both internally and externally, while ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and cleaning standards.

You will work as part of a dedicated team on a shift system that includes weekends, contributing positively to team objectives and the wider vision of the Combined Authority.
