As a Lead Policy Officer, you will play a leading role in understanding challenges in depth, framing problems and developing the policies and approaches we need to deliver impactful employment and careers programmes. You will build relationships with a variety of partners across the region. By understanding and sharing our impact, you will play a fundamental role in further strengthening the case for devolution and bringing about public service reform.
