Role details

We currently have a vacancy for a Lead Programme Performance Coordinator to join our Employment and Skills Data & Performance Team.

We are seeking to appoint an exceptional individual to lead an experienced team in managing the financial elements, internal and external performance metrics, contract reporting as well as demonstrating the impact of funding for West Yorkshire residents.

Healthy Working Life is a joint programme of West Yorkshire Combined Authority and NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board. The programme will deliver the region’s £37 million work and health plan, which has been created following consultation with residents and employers. The programme aims to grow the economy and put more money in people’s pockets by supporting those with long-term sickness or disability into secure, rewarding and well-paid work and looking at innovative ways to move economically inactive people towards or into the workforce.

This role will have specific responsibilities for managing the implementation of systems to manage and monitor the Connect to Work offer as part of Healthy Working Life. The successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding leadership, management, and relationship skills for representing WYCA internally and externally with partners.

Interviews are planned for week commencing 16th March 2026. This will consist of a task-based assessment and interview, based on role profile and advert.
