We currently have a vacancy for a Service Manager (Hard FM) to join our Facilities and Assets Team.

As our Service Manager (Hard FM), you will be proactive and knowledgeable in Hard FM. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and improving essential transport infrastructure and 
property across West Yorkshire.

In this varied role, you will be responsible for the Hard FM works across our estate, including building fabric and bus stop repairs, and the management of the contracted services. Your work will directly support the upkeep and safety of a wide range of assets, including:

o Bus Stations
o On Street Infrastructure
o Rail Station car parks
o Turning Circles
o Other property portfolio

You will create key performance indicators (KPIs), whilst adhering to statutory/contractual obligations, particularly around health and safety at West Yorkshire Combined Authority locations.

Your responsibilities will also include the procurement of Hard and Soft FM services. You will be responsible for managing, implementing and monitoring multiple contracts and other projects relating to the Combined Authorities portfolio of assets.
