We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Travel Centre Advisor. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role, where you will provide support for a diverse range of
customers, ensuring their needs are met with a high level of customer service and care. You will tailor your communication methods when assisting residents to visiting tourists, ensuring that each
customer has a positive experience. As Travel Centre Advisor, your key responsibilities will include selling and issuing prepaid tickets, passes, and permits, as well as offering advice on bus and rail services.
