We currently have a vacancy for a Travel Systems Coordinator to join our Travel Systems Team.
The Travel System Team manage and updates the Your Next Bus Real Time Passenger Information (RTI) system for the Combined Authority, as well as supporting the system across the greater Yorkshire region. The team is an integral part of ensuring that passengers have accurate and timely information on street, via web pages and at bus stations, to help facilitate their travel throughout West Yorkshire and the greater Yorkshire region.
The work supports RTI outputs which include on-street displays, bus station displays, third party apps and web site pages. This is done for the seven major bus service changes per annum, plus ad-hoc and seasonal variations/ event service changes to fixed deadlines. We also work to other regions' service change dates.
Wider teams within the Combined Authority, rely on this role for responding to customer queries and the delivery of large-scale projects, from on-street displays to bus station refurbishment projects.
