We currently have a vacancy for a Programme Coordinator to join our Regeneration Team.

With ambitious goals, the Combined Authority is looking for dedicated Programme Coordinator who are ready to make a real impact as part of our expanding Regeneration Service and help deliver projects that make a real difference to our communities.

As a Programme Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Housing team, which sits within the wider Regeneration service. Working closely with the Development Manager, Project Managers and delivery partners. You will play a key role in monitoring project progress, tracking performance against agreed milestones, and helping ensure projects remain on schedule and within funding requirements.

You will also be responsible for reviewing and processing payments, ensuring that funding is claimed and distributed in accordance with funding agreements, programme requirements, and organisational procedures.

Previous experience in this area of project management is key, as we are looking for an organised and detail-oriented individual with experience in programme or project coordination, monitoring performance, managing data and reporting information to a range of stakeholders. You will have strong administrative and analytical skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment.

Experience of working with funded programmes, financial monitoring, or public sector funding would be advantageous. You will also be confident working collaboratively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, supporting the delivery of projects that contribute to the Mayor's vision of creating "A Brighter West Yorkshire" that works for all.
