We currently have a vacancy for a Sales Administrator to join our Passenger Experience Team on a temporary basis up to 12 months.

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Sales Team as a Sales Administrator. This role plays a vital part in supporting the administration of Mcard products and services, ensuring ticket stock is accurately managed and resolving any discrepancies identified during stock checks.
You will work collaboratively with a range of internal teams across the Combined Authority including Travel Centres, the Inclusive Travel team, Metro Line, Finance and the Customer Feedback team, helping to ensure smooth and efficient operations across the network. The Sales Team operates Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
