Making tackling violence against women and girls a top priority

As the country’s first and only female metro-mayor, Tracy Brabin, the Mayor of West Yorkshire, has made tackling violence against women and girls a top priority. The #JustDont campaign the latest step in our fight to improve the safety of women and girls. It was funded in partnership with West Yorkshire Police, the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council, Calderdale Metropolitan Borough Council, Kirklees Metropolitan Borough Council, Leeds City Council, and the City of Wakefield Metropolitan District Council.

The video tells the story of five men who make excuses for their inappropriate behaviour and harassment in everyday situations. This escalates to a chilling finale.
