Over three and a half years of bus travel, Nathan has built relationships with the drivers on his route. They understand his mobility challenges and offer support when he needs it.
The automatic ramps on easy-access buses have also made getting on and off much easier. Nathan says it helps to recognise other regular passengers on his route too, and to feel part of the journey.
