Bradford 'City Village' Phase 1
A new energy efficient, sustainable, low carbon market building will be developed to consolidate two existing markets in the City Centre. Project Scope

This multi-million-pound scheme is expected to help reshape and reinvigorate Bradford city centre and assist in the recovery and development of the high street and city centre. The new Street Market will offer three floors of household goods, fresh food and hot food and drink as well as a new space for cultural and community activities
The new market will relocate tenants from the Oastler Centre and Kirkgate Markets potentially allowing land to be released for future development, provide public realm improvements, create jobs, and support employment opportunities.
