We currently have a vacancy for two Project Managers to join our Regeneration team. One role is a permanent position, and one role is a fixed term position for up to 12 months.

The Regeneration service is expanding rapidly due to an influx of new funding, and we are seeking to appoint two dedicated and experienced regeneration project managers to join our friendly and professional team. The service sits within the Policing, Environment & Place directorate with a focus on project management and programme delivery from a placemaking and regeneration perspective. The team has a diverse and wide-ranging portfolio including oversight of major housing, employment, and flood resilience programmes, as well as cultural and heritage projects.
You will work collaboratively with our partners to support the development and delivery of capital funded projects and programmes. Responsibilities include supporting the development of business cases to secure funding, undertaking feasibility assessments, managing contract delivery and monitoring performance against agreed targets, milestones and outputs. You will work on a diverse range of themes and activities within the team.
