Role details

We currently have a vacancy for a Travel Entitlement Assistant to join our Education Transport Team.

Our Education Transport Team are responsible for organising school bus services throughout West Yorkshire including some that are funded by the five local councils. The Team also carry out assessments to determine if a child qualifies for assistance with transport costs on behalf of three of the local councils and issues zero fare travel passes to children who do, together with fare payable passes for children who do not qualify for assistance but need to travel on a school bus service.
