What is the difference between sixth form and college?

Sixth forms focus on both academic A-Level subjects such as maths and the sciences, as well as creative ones such as art, design and technology. Sixth form is a great choice if you plan to go to university at 18.

College is another option for further education. You can study A-levels, BTECs, T-levels, or other vocational qualifications. You can even retake your GCSEs. These courses typically take two years to complete.

Not sure if sixth form or college is for you? Apprenticeships are another option.
